Build Your Path to Grow and Thrive

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the state of Wyoming (LCSW#1192) and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) my goal is to suit the needs of my clients — children, families, and adults — by creating a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach living in the Jackson community since 2009, I see nature as one avenue to promote healing and growth. I work with individuals to build bridges in connection with themselves and the community. Previous experience working with youth and adults in wilderness settings helped to develop adaptability in changing environments and situations. My experience working in community mental health has provided me with a range of practice engaging with children and adults, both individually and in group settings. I also serve as a mental health resource for the American Alpine Club Climbing Grief Fund.

You are seeking counseling, which may mean you feel overwhelmed or as though your normal ways of managing things are no longer working. As an LCSW, I help individuals find the inner expert of themselves. I believe that people intrinsically have the strengths to lead happy and productive lives but are sometimes unable to leverage those internal resources when faced with adversities such as loss, trauma, depression or anxiety. I work with people as they understand their own personal struggles to help them address past issues that contribute to their present mindset and develop strategies using their internal resources. My specialties include working with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, and self-harm behaviors and adults who have experienced trauma, grief and loss. I am trained in a variety of treatment techniques including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), DBT, CBT and mindfulness. Learn more at

EMDR- Eryn Skye Phelps, M.Ed., LMHC

a licensed mental health counselor in Chelan, Washington. I work with individual clients who seek adrenaline or push for high performance professionally or recreationally- those who engage in risk in order to feel alive. I also work with those who have experienced trauma in their pursuits and are now struggling with PTSD, anxiety, self-doubt, or depression. I do not ask clients to stop doing what they love, even if it has brought them pain, nor will I judge if they decide to take a different path. My clients may also be coaches, athletes, survivors of disasters, veterans, or other first responders. I am an Internal Family Systems therapist and fully trained in EMDR. These modalities allow clients to leave the worst parts behind and live fully and freely in the present.
